# Forward your calls

> The code to dial for your phone company, so the calls nobody answers go to Sapt.

In setup, Sapt looks up the number on your sign and shows you the code for it. Here are all of them, if you want them handy.

Dial the code from the phone with that number. Use your own Sapt number in place of the example, **212 555 0100**.

## Cell phones

| Phone company | Turn it on | Example | Turn it off |
| - | - | - | - |
| Verizon | `*71`, then your Sapt number | `*71 212 555 0100` | `*73` |
| AT\&T | `**61*1`, your Sapt number, then `#` | `**61*12125550100#` | `##61#` |
| T-Mobile, Metro and Sprint | `**61*1`, your Sapt number, then `**30#` | `**61*12125550100**30#` | `##61#` |

* On an iPhone, turn off Live Voicemail first.
* On Verizon, wait for the tone after you dial.
* On T-Mobile, the 30 is how many seconds the phone rings before the call goes to Sapt.
* Another phone company? Ask them to forward unanswered calls to your Sapt number.

## Landlines

| Phone company | Turn it on | Example | Turn it off |
| - | - | - | - |
| AT\&T, Frontier, CenturyLink and most others | `*92`, then your Sapt number | `*92 212 555 0100` | `*93` |

Dial it from the shop phone and listen for a tone. No tone means your phone company has to turn it on for you.

Verizon, Comcast (Xfinity), Spectrum and Cox home phones have no code. Sign in to your account with them online and forward the calls nobody answers to your Sapt number.

## Internet phones

Open your phone system's settings and forward the calls nobody answers to your Sapt number.

## After you turn it on

Go back to setup and make one test call from your cell, so Sapt can see it work. To stop forwarding later, dial the code under **Turn it off**.
