# Welcome to Sapt

> What Sapt does for your shop, how the web app and the phone app fit together, and where to start if you are new to Sapt.

Sapt is the front desk and marketing team for your shop. Here is what it does and where to start.

## What Sapt does for your shop

### Answers every lead

When you miss a call, Sapt texts the caller back. The AI front desk answers texts and can book customers on your calendar. Texts, calls, email, website requests and social messages land in one inbox.

### Runs your website

Your shop gets a website at a sapt.ai address or on your own domain. You change it and publish it from the web app.

### Looks after Google

See your reviews and reply to them, check where you show up on Google Maps and Search, and keep your Google profile up to date. Sapt can also ask customers for a review after the job.

### Keeps your records

Every customer is saved with their conversations, along with your other records, like website requests.

## Two ways to use Sapt

Both show the same shop, and you sign in with the same email.
