Leads Tools

The separate Leads connector, with its cold-email sequence tools (createSequence, startSequence, listSequences, and the rest), has been retired. Its old URL, https://mcp.sapt.ai/leads/mcp, now answers as the main Sapt connector, so a client still pointed there keeps working with the full tool set. Cold outreach now runs as an audience-triggered workflow: you build the workflow, preview who it would reach, then enroll a CRM List or a set of People.

Tool	What it does
`previewOutreachAudience`	Preview the personalization for an outreach workflow’s audience (a CRM List or chosen People) without enrolling anyone or sending email. Shows any missing merge fields.
`enrollOutreachAudience`	Start the outreach workflow for that audience. Real emails begin sending, paced by mailbox caps and send windows. People already contacted, already in another outreach workflow, or missing required fields are skipped. Requires `confirm: true`.
`listInboxConversations`	The latest conversation per Person, newest first, with ad source, lead type, channel, and whether the last message needs a reply.
`listInboxFilterOptions`	The channels, source record types, and repliers actually present in the inbox, so you filter with real values.
`getPersonJourney`	One Person’s full timeline: web sessions, emails, texts, calls, DMs, orders, and lifecycle changes, with attribution.
`getLeadLedger`	The raw conversion events behind Performance lead and purchase totals, with stitched identity and first-touch source.
`getInboxMetrics`	What the inbox did over a recent window: people contacted, people who replied, reply rate, people actually spoken with, and median minutes to first reply.
`sendEmailToPerson`	Send an email to a Person record. It checks the project can send first.
`bookAppointment`	Book a customer on the shop’s schedule once a person has agreed the time with them.
`configureIdentityResolution`	Turn on an identity resolver (People Data Labs, Versium, Enrow, BigDBM, RB2B, or a generic HTTP endpoint) that turns anonymous visitors or bare emails into named people.
